Scope
ABCElder is an early-stage pilot website for eldercare navigation. The landing site does not create public user accounts and does not ask visitors to submit medical records or sensitive health details.
Information we receive
If you use the family pilot form, we receive your email address, optional country or city, relationship to the person you help, the selected category of a recent care decision, site language, source page, form start time, and consent version. Campaign attribution is included only after you accept optional marketing consent. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as name, email address, country, language, company, role, and pilot context. Please do not include sensitive medical details in either channel.
Catalog search and optional Groq assistance
Ordinary catalog search runs in your browser. Your current phrase and any applied suggestion stay in this tab's session storage until you clear the search or close the tab. They are not added to the URL or analytics. Describe the everyday need without names, contact details or medical documents.
Groq assistance runs only after you select its separate checkbox and request a suggestion. We send that phrase and the page language through our server to Groq; we do not send your questionnaire, profile or search history. Our application does not store or log the phrase or suggestion on the server. Short-lived hashed network identifiers and request counters limit misuse. Review or edit the suggestion before using it. Ordinary search remains available without Groq. Processing may take place outside the EEA; retention controls and exceptions are described in the Groq data documentation.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. With your consent, we may also use optional providers such as Metricool and Mixpanel to understand page views, high-level product interest, and social campaign performance. Campaign attribution such as UTM parameters is stored only after you accept optional marketing consent and is removed if marketing consent is declined. We configure analytics for aggregated product signals and do not intentionally send personal or health information in analytics events.
Joining the ABCElder community
If you submit the community form, we receive your email address, any interests you select, the site language, the page path without its query string, and the time and version of your consent. We use this information to contact you about ABCElder and the ways you would like to take part. Selecting interests is optional. Community requests are stored separately from family pilot applications. We do not include your email address in analytics events. Technical anti-spam checks help protect the form from abuse.
You can withdraw your permission to receive emails, change your interests, or ask us to delete your request by emailing theseniorlabel@gmail.com. Submitting this form does not create an account or enrol you in the family pilot.
Product-check profile
The product-check preview stores the profile you create in your browser's local storage. It is not currently an ABCElder cloud account. When you check a link, the selected functional and home-context fields are sent to the ABCElder API to calculate the result and are not intentionally included in analytics events. Do not enter names, diagnoses, medical records, or other identifying health information in the profile label.
How we use information
We use contact information to respond to pilot, partner, advisor, and investor requests; qualify language, geography, urgency, and fit; manually review pilot applications; improve the product; and maintain security and service quality. You can use the contact below to request deletion of a pilot application.

Analytics in this browser
